With Intel 7501 chipset, AB-220 dual Pentium 4 Xeon blade node delivers up to 4.21GB/s data transfer rate. To further improve our AB-220 blade node performance, we upgraded our hard drive system to use the next generation Serial ATA hard disk format. This upgrade helps our AB-220 blade node to achieve up to 150Mbyte/s data transfer rate for hard drive storage.
